Moorhead Public Service Commission meetings are open to the public and typically occur on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 4:30 PM. Meetings are typically held in the Council Chambers, Moorhead City Hall, First Floor, 500 Center Avenue, Moorhead, Minnesota, and are occasionally held in MPS' Dispatch/Operations Center Conference Room, 215 Highway 75 North, Moorhead, Minnesota (unless otherwise noted). The meetings are typically broadcast on Moorhead Community Access Television.
