Capture The Wind

NAME THAT TURBINE!
Last year, our Capture The Wind charter members submitted names for
Moorhead's first wind turbine, and during Earth Week, the new name,
Zephyr, was announced. This year, we're looking to Capture The Wind
members who are subscribed to Turbine II to submit original names for
Moorhead's second wind turbine.
It's a breeze! Just send your nomination to connections@mpsutility.com.
Please include your name, daytime phone number, and a proposed name for
the turbine formerly known as Turbine II. Remember - only Capture The Wind
members subscribed to Turbine II are eligible to enter, and all entries
must be received or postmarked by April 2, 2002, to be considered.
MPS staff will select the winning submissions, and winners will be
notified by April 9, 2002. The top three nominations will receive their
choice of wind-related prizes. In addition, the turbines new name, along
with the name of the entrant submitting the most suitable pseudonym, will
be listed on a plaque on Turbine II. The new name for Turbine II will be
formally announced during Earth Week on "Windsday," April 24,
2002.
