MPS Water Rates

Your monthly water bill is calculated by adding together a customer charge and a volume charge. While the customer charge covers the cost of billing and maintaining an account, the volume charge is based on the amount of water consumed as is measured by the water meter.

Minimum Billing: The minimum monthly billing shall be the same as the customer charge shown in the above table.
