Through Moorhead Public Service’s (MPS’) Bright Energy Solutions® rebate program, Busch Agricultural Resources, Inc., has been awarded $54,601.94 for electrical improvements that will save energy and money.
Earlier this year, in conjunction with MPS’ Bright Energy Solutions® program, Busch Agricultural Resources upgraded several of their dryer fan motors with variable frequency drives. This upgrade project will save the plant an estimated 1,846,394 kilowatt hours per year.
The Moorhead Public Service Commission will recognize Busch Agricultural Resources, Inc., for their energy conservation efforts at the Commission’s meeting on January 31, 2012.
