Watermain Break Repaired in South Moorhead

This morning, Wednesday, June 9, 2010, a watermain break was discovered along the 2600 block of Rivershore Drive South in Moorhead. This break is believed to be caused by aging infrastructure.

Moorhead Public Service crews have now completed the repair of this watermain break. The residents in this area were without water during the repair; however, the water was turned back on at approximately 12:00 Noon.

MPS is a community-owned utility serving the residents of Moorhead, Minnesota, with electricity and water.
